Abstract

• Number of foreign tourists (tourists) who come to Sumatra West via Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) in July 2019 reached 5,197 people, a decrease of 0.76 percent compared to There were 5,237 foreign tourists recorded in June 2019.

• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Sumatra West in July 2019 reached an average of 59.41 percent; experience an increase of 4.69 points compared to the ROR in June 2019 of 54.72 percent.

• Average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at the hotel stars in July 2019 were recorded for 2.08 days; rose 0.68 days if compared to June 2019 which was recorded at 1.40 days.

• Number of domestic air transportation passengers departing from Minangkabau International Airport in July 2019 fell by 7.54 percent compared to the previous month. Total passenger International air freight departing from BIM experiences an increase of 38.32 percent compared to the previous month.

• Number of domestic air transportation passengers arriving at BIM in July 2019 it fell by 0.93 percent compared to the month previously. And international air transport passengers who arrive in BIM also decreased by 3.25 percent compared previous month. • Number of goods transported via domestic sea transportation West Sumatra in July 2019 experienced an increase of 4.91 percent compared to the previous month.
