Analysis of Data Necessity Survey Results of Kepulauan Mentawai Regency 2020

The Survey of Data Needs (SKD) is a survey aimed at identifying the needs for statistical data and consumers satisfaction on the data and services provided by Statistics Indonesia (BPS). In 2020, through SKD, Statistics Indonesia had successfully reached more participants than given target and been able to accommodate the perception of its consumers perfectly.This publication is a media to deliver the results of the SKD 2020 which contains a number of analysis such as consumers segmentation, satisfaction on data quality and services, and analysis of services importance and performance. Beside those analysis, this publication also provides two important service indicators namely Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Anti-corruption Behavior Index (ACBI) which reflect the quality of our service and integrity to fight corruption in daily practices.
