Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics Kepulauan Mentawai to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and public services. Respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Service of BPS-Statistics Kepulauan Mentawai Regency unit from January 1st to September 30th, 2024. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2024 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior and data needs. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with BPS services and data quality.
