Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumatera Barat Province in 2024 reached 76.43, an increase of 0.79 points (1.04 percent) compared to the previous year (75.64).
During 2020–2024, the HDI of Sumatera Barat increased by an average of 0.71 percent per year.
