Abstract

  • In October 2024, year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province was 1.65 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.24. 
  • The highest inflation occurred in Dharmasraya Regency at 2.56 percent with a CPI of 106.81 and the lowest occurred in Padang City at 1.38 percent with a CPI of 106.18. 
  • On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, Sumatera Barat Province experienced inflation of 0.11 percent in October 2024. Until October 2024, year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation in Sumatera Barat Province was 0.26 percent.
