Abstract

West Sumatra's NTP in August 2020 was recorded at 99.41 or an increase of 1.04 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 98.39 (July 2020).
The price index received by farmers (It) increased by 0.61 percent and the price index paid by farmers (Ib) decreased by 0.42 percent.
In August 2020 the average price of GKP quality grain at the farmer level decreased by 0.58 percent from IDR 5,397.96 per kg (July 2020) to IDR 5,366.56 per kg (August 2020), and at the milling level it decreased by 0.47 percent from IDR 5,514.04 per kg (July 2020) to IDR 5,487.87 per kg (August 2020)
