Abstract

FTT of Sumatera Barat in March 2020 was 101.74 or dropped by 0.87 percent since February which was 102.63
Price index received by farmers (I_t) fell by 1.04 percent and price index paid by farmers (I_b) also fell by 0.17 percent. FTT of each subsector of agricultural industry was recorded of 102.50 for food crops agriculture, 98.34 for horticulture, 102.64 for estate crops plantation, and 95.37 for fishery. As for fishery, the FTT incorporated two subsectors, which was 97.61 for wild-caught fishery and 93.67 for farmed fishery
Average harvested dry (paddy) grain price at farmer's level rose by 0.16 percent from Rp 5.768,82 per kg (in February 2020) to Rp 5.778,08 per kg (in March 2020). While at milling level, the price rose by 0.21 percent from Rp 5.880,51 per kg (in February 2020) to Rp 5.893,02 per kg (in March 2020)
